Illustrator, puppet maker and animator, Jiri Trnka works in his studio. Trnka, who was dubbed Walt Disney of the East for his animated feature "Midsummer Night´s Dream " by an English journalist (the film was screened at Cannes Film Festival), was known to work with both of his hands and he had received numerous awards including Hans Christian Andresen Price.
