From left to right: Captain Charles Taylor, Supernumeracy Captain Geoffrey S. Moss, Senior First Officer Francis B. Kirkland, First Officer John C. Hutchinson, and Engineer Officer Thomas c. Hicks, the flight crew of the Australia bound Boeing 707 jetliner of BOAC which crashed in flames at Heathrow Airport, only 4 minutes after take-off. Of the 126 people on board, 103 were known to have survived. There were 5 known dead.
