A Steel and Glass Graphic Designer's Studio pavilion set in dense green. Built with precast concrete funicular shells supported on Mild Steel trusses the design is as much a function of the speed of construction as it is about transparency. Two skylights articulate the space, the first separates a brick wall from the steel structure while the other cuts across the studio perpendicularly. A small toilet block and pantry anchor the plan to the existing house. Mild Steel sections 66x33mm and 50x50mm make up the entire superstructure which is designed for extension up to a G+2 height.
