(dpa) - Katrin Petzold examines the amount of moisture in chanterelles at the 'Beeren-, Wild- und Feinfrucht' company (berries and fruits) in Stuetzengruen, Germany, 18 October 2004. This autumn the company processed about 700 tonnes of mushrooms, mainly chanterelles and yellow boletuses, which are coming from Russia, the Baltic states and the Balkan.
