DIANA'S DRESSES: The Princess of Wales chats with Portuguese Prime Minister Anibal Cavaco Silva, at a banquet at the Stock Exchange Palace in the Northern Portuguese City of Oporto. She and Prince Charles were on the third day of their official four day visit to the country. Her dress, by Catherine Walker, was created for the 1986 Royal African Tour but was substantially redesigned circa 1987, reappearing as a sleeveless evening gown with a very low neckline. It was auctioned by Christie's (lot 18), along with 80 other of her dresses, and acquired by Michael R. Lam of Hong Kong.
