Crinan Canal, Scotland. Leisure and fishing boats berthed in Crinan Harbour with the fishing vessel Scarbh in the foreground. Crinan Harbour is adjacent to Sound of Jura and Crinan Canal, on the west coast of Scotland. Completed in 1801, the Crinan Canal was built by the civil engineer John Rennie, with later modifications by Thomas Telford.
