More information:

Designed by a world-leading team of architects in Sydney, London, Paris and Copenhagen, Central Park is inspired by the people of Sydney, and its spacious, landscaped gardens welcome nearby communities into its heart. Central Park is a multi-stage $2 billion urban village, with a wonderfully diverse collection of residential opportunities arising in stages across 8-10 years while Central Park takes shape. The first residential stage, One Central Park designed by Jean Nouvel with PTW Architects, was released for sale in August 2010 and is nearing completion in stages in 2013. The second residential stage of Central Park, Park Lane, offers true park living in the city, in a pair of theatrical buildings designed by JPW Architects, located right alongside Chippendale Green - the 6, 400 sqm of parkland at the heart of Central Park. Park Lane received planning approval in December 2010 and was released for sale in Winter 2011. The Mark is a Johnson Pilton Walker-designed residential tower at the south eastern corner of the main park, adjoining Park Lane. Picture a soaring glass spire... the second tallest building at Central Park, with panoramic views. The Mark was released for sale in May 2012. Beyond these first stages, future residential opportunities will include: Kensington Street student dwellings to be owned and operated by a specialist student housing provider. Abercrombie Street student dwellings (known as 'Block 4S'), to be owned and operated by a specialist student housing provider. Future strata titled residential apartments along Wellington Street (known as 'Block 11'), on the Chippendale edge of Central Park - architect not yet appointed. Future strata titled residential apartments along O'Connor Street (known as 'Block 8'), on corner of Abercrombie Street - architect not yet appointed.
