An explanatory gesture from a photographer talking to police on a rooftop overlooking the Libyan People's Bureau where press cameramen appear to want to take up a vigil in the St.James Square vicinity. The Bureau is still in a state of siege following the shooting on Tuesday during a demonstration in the square in which WPC Yvonne Fletcher was shot and killed.
