Baden-Wuerttemberg?s Prime Minister Guenther Oettinger (R-L), his partner Friederike Beyer, German President Horst Koehler, his wife Frau Eva Luise, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Hans-Juergen Papier attend the official memorial service at St. Karl Borromaeus Church in Winnenden, Germany, 21 March 2009. Mourners commemorated the 15 vicitims killed during the rampage shooting at secondary school ?Albertville? in Winnenden and Wendlingen on 11 March 2009, when 17-year-old Tim K. shot 15 people and himself. During the ceremony, the name of each victim was read out aloud, then two teenagers carried 15 candles inscribed with the victim?s name and a yellow rose through the church?s central aisle and placed it on the altar.
