In the press conference the organizers of KYOMAF, Mayor of Kyoto and Japan EXPO (in France) signed a document to collaborate together to promote the anime and manga culture in Europe and United States. The KYOMAF is the largest manga/anime fair in West Japan and will be free entrance for elementary school students and foreigners with passport.
