Alastair Campbell the former Director of Communications to British Prime Minister Tony Blair speaks to the media, at the Foreign Press Association in central London, on the day which Lord Hutton published his report into the death of weapons expert Dr David Kelly. Mr Campbell said that if the Government had faced the level of criticism, which Lord Hutton directed at the BBC, there would by now have been "several resignations at several levels".
