RM2RCBM0F–Mather Field, Sacramento, California. The pilot was attempting to take off from the small cross-country field. When making his first turn, the strong and unpredictable wind caught under the wing, causing the plane to tip over. Fortunately, the pilot emerged from the incident unharmed.

RM2RCDGN1–Wreckage of ship #2412 at Mather Field in Sacramento, California. The ship crashed after the pilot lost control due to a broken brass quadrant under the rear seat, which caused the ailerons to become uncontrollable. Fortunately, the ship landed in a tree and broke into two pieces, saving the pilot in the front seat. Not for public use, only for official purposes.
