Admiral Togo Heihachiro (1848-1934) was a Japanese Navy Admiral and Commander-in-Chief of the Japanese fleet during the Russo-Japanese War (1904-5). In this capacity he lead the Japanese to the defeat the Russian Baltic Fleet.
