A Wounded Warrior checks his depth gauge during a scuba diving class at San Marcos, Texas. The Center for the Intrepid provides rehabilitation for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom casualties who have sustained amputation, burns, or functional limb loss, and provides education to DoD and Department of Veteran's Affairs professionals on cutting edge rehabilitation modalities, and to promote research in the fields of Orthopedics, prosthetics, physical and occupational rehabilitation.
