A portrait of Martin Luther can be seen at the Pommeranian state museum in Greifswald, Germany, 10 May 2017. The special exhibition "Luthers Norden" (lit. "Luther's north") is a joint project of museums in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Schleswig-Holstein to commemorate the reformation in Northern Germany 500 years ago. The exhibition shows 92 exhibits, amongst them 8 portraits of the Cranach workshop, as well as the unfinished painting "Petrus auf dem Meer" from the Hamburg Art Hall. The exhibition can be seen from the 14 May to the 3 September 2017. It wil move to Palace Gottorf in autumn
