A pair of percussion pistols, Johann Andreas Kuchenreuter, Steinweg bei Regensburg, circa 1780. Blued, smooth bore barrels in 12 mm calibre. Silver front sights and a silver-inlaid signature on the sighting flats. There are four silver-filled marks between inlaid scroll decorations on each of the breeches. The tangs are inscribed "1" and "2". Converted locks with engraved signature. Set triggers. Lightly carved walnut fullstocks. Blank brass escutcheons with the monogram "AM" stamped above them.
