A man takes a picture of the land where the National Stadium once stood showing that the cleaning process of the rubble is now complete on November 7, 2015, Tokyo, Japan. The land will be used for a new national stadium which would not be ready until January 2020, as Japanese government has been announced. The new stadium won't be ready for the opening and final match for the Rugby World Cup in 2019, which Japan also host from September 20 to November 2 a year before the 2020 Summer Olympic Games.
