A magnificent cased masonic sword, German, end of the 19th century A blade with undulating edges and blunt point. Both sides of the ricasso are blued and bear a gilded cartouche with a presentation dedication, "Aus Hochachtung seinem Ehrw. M.v.St. Br.. F.J. Schneeberger zum Andenken von Br.: D.S. Singer" (With Respect to his honourable M.v.St. Br.: F.J. Schneeberger in memory of Br.: D.S. Singer).
