4 November 2015 , Soma, Fukushima, Japan, Tsunami break water construction at Matsukawaura beach, Soma, Fukushima. The district in front of the beach used to be residential one however due to Tsunami disaster in 2011, the area was devastated as a result. Soma city has been constructing the breakwater wall in order to protect against possible tsunami in the future.
