161030-N-HG258-008 ANNANDALE, VIRGINIA (October 30, 2016) The Sea Chanters chorus celebrated their 60th anniversary with a concert in Annandale, Virginia, featuring alumni from the group. The chorus was formed as an all-male group in 1956 and tasked with perpetuating the songs of the sea. In 1980, the group added women to their ranks and expanded their repertoire to include everything from Brahms to Broadway.
