Selimiye Mosque, formerly St. Sophia Cathedral in Nicosia. Built in Gothic style between 1208 and 1326. It was the coronation church of the Luisignan kings and an important building of French architecture in the Middle Ages. The Ottomans later added two MInarette. Closed in 2023 for restoration work.
