About 250, 000 people cannot enter their homes. They either live in tent cities or in safe shelters. Some families, who say that they cannot find tents, live in primitive tents made of linoleum. Cold weather continues in the region. For this reason, especially women and children are affected by these bad conditions. Diyarbakir is a predominantly Kurdish province in southeastern Turkey.
