Princes Street, Edinburgh, Scotland. 2nd August 2019. First Day of Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the International Festival, and by the afternoon Princes Street had ground to a halt with buses nose to tail the whole length of the city centre main artery blocking junctions and forcing drivers to allow passengers to alight in between stops due to the massive delay.
