Degree from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He was graduated from the Coast Guard Reserve Officers Candidate School in Yorktown, Va., and commissioned an Ensign on September 17, 1961. He and his wife Jeannette presently reside at Charing Cross Rd., Baltimore.
