Pakistani Muslim devotees light candles and earthen lamps at the shrine of famous fifteenth century Sufi Saint Hazrat Mir Mohammed Muayyinul during 397th URS celebrations in Lahore. Thousands of people across the country visit the shrine to pay tribute to him during a three-day festival. The saint was equally popular among the Muslim and Sikh religions, as Mian Mir went to Amritsar(India) in December 1588 to lay the foundation stone of Sikhs holiest site, the Golden Temple, which is commonly known as Sri Harminder Sahib.
