He said yesterday ''It could have been worse. At least the view was nice''. Harry and two colleagues were given a three week deadline to paint the chimney stack at Battersea Power Station. The job was due to start the day after he was married, so he and his wife Doris had to postpone their Somerset honeymoon. The giant smokestacks are painted at five yearly intervals and each takes 110 gallons of paint
