Orozco, former commanding officer aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Leyte Gulf (CG 55), laughs during a speech at a change of command ceremony held aboard the ship. Capt. Daniel D. Sunvold relieved Orozco as the commanding officer of America's Battle Cruiser in a ceremony held on the ship's fantail.
