As Miami-Dade CountyÕs number of COVID-19 cases rise to 169, the site will open at 9 a.m. Monday in the east parking lot of the Hard Rock Stadium, 347 Don Shula Drive. The testing is free and the site will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a daily basis, said Juan Diasgranados, a spokesperson for the testing site. The test site will be run and was created by several local, state and national agencies which include FEMA, the CDC, Florida Department of Health, Florida Army National Guard, Miami-Dade Police and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue on March 22, 2020 in Miami Gardens, Florida.
