Magdeburg, Germany. 01st Dec, 2021. Music student Linn-Kristin Adler prepares her performance in the bell tower of Magdeburg City Hall. Because the keys of the carillon are difficult to move, she plays Christmas carols with her music teacher, either alternately or four-handed. The instrument moves the bells of the town hall manually by means of metal pulls. The carillon will ring out with Christmas carols every Wednesday from 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. until Christmas Eve.
