Louzanne Coetzee (born 1993) is a South African female paralympic athlete. She is profoundly blind and a world record holder of 5000m (women) in Para Athletics. Coetzee competed at the 2016 Summer Paralympics representing South Africa in the Women's 1500 metres. In 2017, she broke the world record of 5000 metres for women in disabled athletics smashing the previous world record held by Lithuanian Sigita Markeviciene
