Workers were busy boarding up Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain, also known as Eros, in Piccadilly Circus ahead of the Euro 2020 semi-finals and final, to prevent crowds from climbing the monument. Large crowds of fans have been climbing the landmark after England's recent wins in the football championship.
