Liverpool, Merseyside, UK 8th June, 2014. Liz White actress BBC filming new Drama Series. Filming for BBC1 drama - based on the story of Chester Zoo to be told in a new BBC1 family drama set to air next year. The scripts are written by Matt Charman and it will be directed by Andy de Emmony who worked on The Bletchley Circle . The drama, being filmed on location in Liverpool and Walton Hall Park in Warrington by production company Big Talk, will cover the zoo’s early years.
