KANDAHAR, Afghanistan--A crane lifts a power supply container that was occupying the space where a new medical operation facility will be put in place at the ROLE 3 Hospital near Kandahar Air Field on February 3, 2008. The one-day project is a joint venture with the Task Forces operating in the ISAF RC South area of operation. The new operation room is expected to be fully operational later in the week. ISAF
