Glasgow, Scotland, UK. 8th April, 2018. The Sikh Festival of Vaisakhi is celebrated with the annual Nagar Kirtan, a spiritually centred community procession through the city. Today Sikhs participate in Seva which is selfless service. Each Gurdwara in the city provides Langar, a free community meal served to all visitors regardless of race, religion or social status, demonstrating the Sikh values of equality, humanity, justice and compassion.
