Garsdale, Cumbria, UK. 30th Apr 2019. Vintage steam locomotive 'Princess Elizabeth' on 'The Dalesman' steam special. The train ran from Hellifield to Carlisle and return along the famous Settle-Carlisle line, with a diesel connection to the York starting point. Seen here at Lund, near Garsdale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The locomotive has been recently restored to mainline running condition.
