Fyodor Nikanorowitsch Muchin (1878 - 1919); Russian revolutionary. From December 1917 he was one of the leaders of the Bolsheviks in the Amur area , from February 1918 chairman of the area executive committee. In 1919 he was captured by the White Guards in Blagoveschensk and murdered after being questioned for over 12 hours.
