Fred Perry (1909 - 1995), British tennis player. The three-time Wimbledon champion (1934 - 36) was the first player to win all four Grand Slam singles titles. Pictured with his wife, the American film actress, Helen Vinson (1907 - 1999). The pair married in 1935 but divorced in 1938.
