Flight directors known as yellow shirts, signal an F/A-18 Super Hornet to launch aboard the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman December 7, 2018 in the Atlantic Ocean. Yellow shirts are worn by aircraft handlers, aircraft directors, Catapult Officers and Arresting Gear Officers considered the most difficult and important job on the flight deck.
