The first-ever ElfCon is an annual lighthearted, charitable, group of people and kids dressed like cute elves roaming the city in a hot chocolate/cocoa crawl is the idea of “Chief Elf” Sophie, a 15-year-old from Brooklyn with assistance of her father Steve, was staged on 12 December 2021.
