King Jeongjo's procession with his mother Lady Hyegyeonggung Hong, later Queen Heongyeong on her 60th birthday, in 1795 to the tomb of his father Crown Prince Sado (1735-1762). Hwaseong was depicted on an eight-fold screen painting. Jeongjo of Joseon (28 October 1752 - 18 August 1800) was the 22nd ruler of the Joseon Dynasty of Korea, 1776-1800. He made various attempts to reform and improve the nation of Korea.
