Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. 16 December 2020. Safe Consumption van for drug users visits the Scottish Parliament. Former MP Peter Krykant brought his van to Holyrood to highlight the serious drugs problem affecting Scotland. His safe consumption van allows drug addicts to take their drugs in a safe, controlled environment.
