As part of the exhibition "Between the Trees. Urbanes Gruen – Kunst – Design", the installation "Wertewandel", conceived by the oekoRAUSCH think tank, will be presented. In this project, the trees around the MAKK will be equipped with price tags that inform about their economic value and thus allow a different view of the urban green in Cologne. The price tags give specific information about the services charged by the trees. The focus is on the amount that the respective tree has in an economic sense. Thus, the lifetime performance of a tree runs into the hundreds of thousands, Cologne, Germany. Im Rahmen der Ausstellung „Between the Trees. Urbanes Gruen – Kunst – Design" wird die vom oekoRAUSCH Think Tank konzipierte Installation „Wertewandel“ praesentiert. Bei diesem Projekt werden die Baeume rund um das MAKK mit Preisschildern ausgestattet, die ueber deren wirtschaftlichen Wert informieren und damit einen anderen Blick auf das urbane Gruen in Koeln ermoeglichen. Die Preisschilder informieren konkret über die berechneten Leistungen der Baeume. Dabei wird der Betrag in den Vordergrund gestellt, den der jeweilige Baum im wirtschaftlichen Sinne hat. So geht die Lebensleistung eines Baumes in die Hunderttausende, Koeln, Deutschland.
