Walsall Council want to demolish his end-terrace house and redevelop the area, but Mr. Cheetham-schoolboy boffins call him The Professor-has turned the place into a fortress with closed circuit television to warn of intruders and aluminium-lined walls electrically charged to give them quite a shock. His secret weapon against invading bailiffs is a plastic mix which he says, will cascade on them and set hard in five seconds; ''They will be unable to move''. Hidden microphones record every word outside the house-and, no doubt the comings and goings of the bulldozer. PHOTO SHOWS MR.
