Almohalla 51 is located In the historic heart of Archidona, a beautiful and unspoilt hill town just 45 minutes from Malaga and Granada airports. This small hotel was created from two found adjoining townhouses –previously owned by 12 brothers and sisters. Unlived in since the 1960s they presented the opportunity to create a hotel, the first in the centre of Archidona, but one which would make the ideal base for visiting the highlights of Northern Andalucia – Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Sevillle and Ronda. Unusually for town houses they both not only have small Andalucian patios, but also large vegetable gardens perched high above the houses with views across the town and valley to the front and up the hill behind the houses to ancient Moorish walls and 17th Century Sanctuary of the Virgin of Grace.
