A local visitor seen smoking while filming towards Pakistan administered Kashmir during evening on the banks of Neelam river or Kishan Ganga that has divided Kashmir into two parts controlled by nuclear rivals India and Pakistan. The river acts as a disputed line of control and flows through a village called Keran from both sides which is located on the northern side of Indian Kashmir's Border district Kupwara some 150kms from Srinagar and 93kms from Muzaffarabad, in the Pakistan side of Kashmir.
