A herd of wild horses in line on a path passing as seen at an altitude of 1800m. above sea level. The group of the beautiful mammals was located between Astraka and Tymfi or Gamila mountain peaks in the Vikos - Aoos National Park in Epirus region. The Vikos-Aoos National Park preserves one of the richest mountain and forest ecosystems in terms of wildlife diversity in Greece and is part of the Natura 2000 ecological network and one of UNESCO Geoparks at an elevation range from 550 to 2,497 meters, on August 10, 2020, in Epirus, Greece.
