J.B Scoffman was Hon Secretary of the Exeter Teachers Association from 1923 to1931. Also in the picture, a young man in his running kit shows the points total for the John Stocker school on the scoreboard. Originally known as the Dunsford Road School, In 1921 it took the name of a local man, John Stocker.
