Aug. 27, 2011 - Marietta, GA - Jennifer Schwenker with sons Ben and Sam, twin boys with autism, is accompanied by Barkley, their service dog, in Publix grocery store. ..While service dogs are legally permitted in nearly any location, ignorance of the law is widespread in the U.S. ..Jennifer Schwenker was physically assaulted by an employee in in a MacDonalds restaurant earlier this year who didn't want service dog in her restaurant..Barkley is trained to track the boys and serves to keep them safe while in public.
