Picture research services
Alamy is always looking for ways to improve your search experience and has introduced a whole package of measures to make it easier for you to find the right picture. These include improvements to our search engine and new contributor keywording guidelines to bring more accurate search results.
However, we realise that there are times when you need additional help or simply don’t have the time to carry out your own picture research. For this reason, we have compiled a list of independent picture researchers who can provide that extra support.
The researchers listed below are all known to Alamy but we cannot take responsibility for their work. If you decide to use their services, it will be by private arrangement between you and the chosen picture researcher.
These picture researchers charge a fee for their services and you will need to liaise directly with them to agree arrangements and payment for any work they carry out on your behalf. Alamy cannot enter into any transactions on behalf of either party and we should stress that we do not benefit financially from your participation with any of those on the list.
Tips for using picture researchers:
- Provide clear guidelines on what you are looking for
- State your deadline
- Specify image sizes
- Supply creative information eg brand guidelines
- Provide any visual references
- Agree arrangements for payment
