Inexpensive and good: the menu of the Tık Tık Kadın Emeği restaurant in Ürgüp, Turkey, lists dishes such as tık tık mantı, stuffed vine leaves, stuffed meatballs and the local Ürgüp köfte, priced between 100 and 400 Turkish lira. Founded in 2018, the women's cooperative funds scholarships for around 50 female students with its proceeds and was named a Michelin Guide "Recommended Restaurant" in 2026.
